Abstract
Osteochondroma of the scapula is one of the rare tumour of the thorax. It constitutes 14.4% of all tumours of the scapula with the ventral surface is the most common site of presentation. Based on our review of literature , dorsal surface of the scapula is rare site of origin of osteochondroma . Among the osteochondroma of dorsal surface of scapula , sessile variant is more common .
